BUS VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

I understand that my role is to supervise campers on the bus, ensure safety, and follow all instructions provided by camp staff.

I agree to provide a valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and understand that it must be emailed to campinfo@ufa.com or uploaded through the website portal prior to volunteering on the bus. I acknowledge that I cannot volunteer until this requirement has been met. Any costs incurred to obtain the VSC will be reimbursed.

I grant permission for the camp to use photographs or recordings taken of me while volunteering for marketing, promotional and communication purposes, unless I provide written notice opting out.

I agree that by submitting this form electronically—whether by clicking “Apply,” checking consent boxes, or typing my name—I am providing my consent and acknowledgment, which shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
